COMMITTEE

Our committee meets regularly, with formal meetings held at least twice a year, and holds an annual general meeting once a year to discuss matters with the broader member base and select the following committee for the new season.

We feel it is necessary to be transparent about what we discuss as a committee, so in this section, you will find records of agendas for our most recent committee meetings and annual general meetings. Please note that some topics are considered sensitive or private in nature, and for safeguarding reasons, they are omitted from public view.
